Best diamonds or gems to sale and which one can't be fabricated? - afghanistan gems maps

I am stationed in Afghanistan, and they sell a lot of diamonds and gems for cheap here. Just wonder if it's worth buying a couple of them, and if so, what would be best to sell it easily in the United States and to make a profit. I'm not sure how reliable they are, but they said that they are real, and if I wanted to make sure I buy that can not be made so that we know we need to be. Thank you in advance.
