MSN Error 80048831 - There are many but non work...? - msn 80048831 error

I like a few people have received 80048831, Error accessing Hotmail or MSN. Each proposes to change the password, but how do I do that? I have e-mail accounts linked to my main page, and I can not open Hotmail Inbox to change e-mail use to me, my password.

How can I get this resolved?
